JV Tierney PPP Project Criminal Courts of Justice has won 2 RIAI Awards 2010 and was short-listed for CIBSE Commissioning Project of the Year 2011 and runner-up in the CIBSE SDAR* Awards 2011
The new Criminal Courts of Justice Building Dublin has received awards in 2 categories in the RIAI 2010 Competition - Public Choice Best Building of the Year and The Best Accessible Building, and has just been awarded runner-up in the CIBSE SDAR* Awards 2011 for Sustainable Design & Research Excellence. It was also short-listed for the CIBSE Commissioning Project of the Year 2011 in the Building Performance Awards Category.

Joe joined J.V. Tierney in 1978. He has extensive experience in the private commercial sector and is a specialist in the design of air conditioning services, energy and value engineering studies, mechanical services, building energy management systems, electrical services and fire suppression systems.

Joe has been responsible for the design and supervision of services in projects such as Microsoft Ireland and Vodafone Headquarters Citywest.

Finn joined J.V. Tierney in 1980 after a successful career in the mechanical contracting industry. He has wide experience in M&E services in both the healthcare and government contract areas and is a specialist in communications and security design. Finn has been responsible for the design and project supervision of services in projects such as General Hospital Naas, Government Buildings and various OPW Projects.

Stephen joined J.V. Tierney in 1988. He has wide-ranging experience in all types of buildings, particularly in the education, healthcare, residential and restoration sectors, with an emphasis on cost control and project management. Stephen has been responsible for the design and supervision of services in projects such as the Law Society Blackhall Place Dublin, 8-10 Henrietta St. Dublin and St. Vincent's Hospital Fairview.

After a successful career with leading companies in both the USA and Ireland, such as Cadburys, Irish Biscuits and Eircom, Rory joined the J.V. Tierney Group as Managing Director of JVTE in 2006. He is involved in the design and supervision of large capital projects with an emphasis on sustainability, intelligent facades, thermal performance and computer simulation energy performance modeling. Rory is responsible for the sustainable design aspect of services in the new prestigious development for The Courts Services at the Criminal Courts Complex in Dublin and Rockbrook Development in Sandyford.
