The new Criminal Courts of Justice Building in Inchicore Dublin has just received awards in 2 categories in the RIAI 2010 Competition - Public Choice Best Building of the Year and The Best Accessible Building! This building has been completed to the highest standards of engineering and sustainability and is widely acclaimed for its architectural design and people friendly environment.  J.V. Tierney & Co. have been pleased to provide our engineering expertise on this Public Private Partnership  Project with Architects Henry J. Lyons & Partners in association with Babcock & Brown and P.J. Hegarty &  Co.

IIn February 2011, this project was short-listed for the Commissioning Project of the Year in the CIBSE Building Perfromance Category 2011, and in March 2011, CIBSE awarded runner-up place to J.V. Tierney & Co. for the Criminal Courts of Justice project in the CIBSE SDAR* Sustainable Design & Research Excellence Awards 2011.
